Call for Proposals - ITG 2020

The ITG Conference Artist Committee solicits proposals for specific lecture-recitals, non-performance presentations, warm-ups, jam sessions and master classes for both the main conference and youth day. Proposals should be submitted using the online submission located on the conference website (www.itgconference.org), and should include all requested supporting materials for consideration.

New Works Recital submissions will be handled through a separate process detailed on the conference website.

Proposals that are incomplete or submitted via email will not be taken into consideration. Please note that the presenters selected will be responsible for all financial expenses related to their presentation, including travel, lodging, and conference registration for everyone involved in their proposal.

For more information please contact the Conference Artist Chair, Dr. Jason Bergman, at [email protected]. Contacting the conference artist chair does not waive the application process.

Proposals will be accepted from January 25 through March 15, 2019 (midnight).

Notifications of acceptance will be made by April 30, 2019.

You must include contact information, proposal, biography, and your photo(s).

If you have multiple presenters, names, photos and bios for all must be included at time of submission.

ITG 2020 will be at the Hyatt Regency, Columbus, Ohio, May 26-30, 2020
